May’s luncheon featured Josh Fletcher from the Class of ’02. Josh detailed the rise of his successful real estate investment career, which began in his college days when he seized an opportunity to develop a boutique hotel and logistics business in South Africa.
Josh has gone on to found FletchCo LLC and successfully convert many apartments into condominiums, micro apartments, and other multifamily developments in the Seattle area over the last 15 years.
Josh found the national spotlight in the early days of “micro” when he converted an old laundry room into one of Forbes’ Most Amazing Micro Apartments (http://bit.ly/FORBESmicroSeattle) which was mainly dominated by New York and other larger metropolises at the time. He continues to be active in the Seattle real estate community and most recently acquired a 40-unit project near Seattle University.
